Aisha’s Story
“I feel like a butterfly emerging from her cocoon, ready to fly.”
I initially chose to sign up for mentorship with joy because I felt desperate, unworthy, and tired of trying to manifest change in my life. I knew something had to shift, and I needed guidance.
My biggest realization came when I understood that it was always about me. The breakthrough happened when I shifted my focus to loving and listening to my inner child. This allowed me to break out of my shell, be myself, speak up for myself, feel capable, and truly love myself. I went from feeling like a scared little child to a capable, aware woman.
Since working with Joy, I feel like a completely different person. I took a huge leap and decided to BE the woman who is living her dream life. I found the courage to quit my unfulfilling job, knowing that I’m fully supported. I now feel confident in myself when I put clothes on, no longer seeking others’ approval on what “looks good.” I feel empowered to live my greatest dreams. Even when negative feelings arise, I feel calm and centered. I feel beautiful, desired, and treated like it.
What I love most about working with Joy is how easy it is to talk to her. She truly listens and never makes me feel like my stories or reactions are crazy. Her expertise shines through in the little exercises she creates during our 1:1 calls. She has a remarkable gift for holding space for release and renewal. These exercises completely changed the game for me—inner child meditations, money visualizations, healing jealousy, and more. She goes deep and gets really creative with it. I laughed, cried, and experienced so many breakthroughs.
Joy is an incredible coach—loving, kind, and endlessly supportive. I felt deeply seen throughout the entire 3 months. The container she created allowed me to fully renew myself. I went from seeing myself as a scared little girl to a capable, powerful woman. Joy has a unique gift for reminding you that your true power lies within you. Our sessions were filled with tears, smiles, laughs, epiphanies, release, and new choices.
